  4. This is the grand-daddy of them all. I don't know what sort of machine this
  5. first saw light of day on, it was yonks old when I first came across it,
  6. (whisper) eight years ago, on a HP3000 mini. There ain't no instructions
  7. 'cos thats part of the fun, but it's as well to know about SAVE, RESTORE and
  8. QUIT.

  10. This program was converted to the Archimedes by nailing it to a piece of
  11. wood and filling in the gaps with chewing gum. It reads its data from plain
  12. vanilla ASCII files so :

  14.   a) you are on your honour not to cheat
  15.  
  16.   b) it pauses to read the disk quite often (tough, it's free ain't it)
  17.  
  18. I solved the game donkey's years ago but have long since forgotten all the
  19. ins and outs so this version has only been partially tested. Hence no
  20. warranty is given about the action of this program, including and most
  21. especially the murder of your hours of patient exploration.
